1. Agreement
By creating an account or using ewhomeservices.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Services
Energy Whisperer provides:
- Residential HVAC sales, repair, maintenance, and related home services.
- Customer accounts with home profiles, bookings, and membership benefits.
- Digital wallet tools (Solana, Ethereum, Hyperliquid, Bitcoin, Robinhood Chain) for viewing balances and initiating transfers you authorize.
- Blockchain-backed service records, coupons, and collectibles where enabled.
3. Accounts & wallets
- You are responsible for securing your login and embedded wallet access.
- Wallet transactions you confirm are irreversible on-chain. We are not a bank, broker, or custodian of fiat currency.
- Token, memecoin, BRC-20, Runes, and Ordinals displays depend on third-party indexers and may be incomplete or delayed.
4. Payments & memberships
Membership and service fees are billed as disclosed at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Auto-renewal terms are shown before purchase.
5. Contractor services
Technicians and partner contractors performing field work are independent service providers. Energy Whisperer facilitates scheduling and records but does not guarantee third-party workmanship beyond our stated service warranties.
6. Blockchain & NFT content
- On-chain assets are experimental technology — values can be volatile or zero.
- Nothing on this platform is investment, tax, or legal advice.
- You are solely responsible for tax reporting and regulatory compliance for your assets.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, harassment, or attempts to compromise our systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENERGY WHISPERER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost crypto assets from user error or third-party network failures.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate access for violations. Termination does not remove data already written to public blockchains.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Pasco or Hillsborough County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
