1. Who we are
Energy Whisperer Home Services LLC ("Energy Whisperer," "we," "us") operates the ewhomeservices.com customer portal, wallet features, membership program, and related HVAC services in the Tampa Bay area.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, service address, and profile details you provide at signup.
- Home & energy data: HVAC equipment, home profile details, calculator inputs, and service history tied to your property.
- Payment data: billing details processed by Stripe and related payment partners (we do not store full card numbers).
- Wallet & blockchain data: wallet addresses linked through Privy, on-chain transaction metadata, NFT/cNFT membership records, and multi-chain token balances displayed in your wallet hub.
- Usage data: pages visited, feature interactions, device/browser type, and diagnostic logs used to keep the platform secure and reliable.
3. How we use information
- Deliver HVAC services, bookings, memberships, and customer support.
- Operate embedded wallets, coupons, collectibles, and blockchain-backed records.
- Process payments, send service notifications, and improve our products.
- Meet legal, tax, and safety obligations.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers (Privy, Stripe, MongoDB hosting, email/SMS vendors, contractors fulfilling your jobs) only as needed to run the service. Blockchain data you mint or receive is public on-chain by design. We do not sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention & deletion
We keep account data while your account is active. You may export or delete account data from Account → Privacy settings. On-chain assets and records cannot be erased from public blockchains after minting.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard practices. No online service is perfectly secure — protect your login and wallet recovery methods.
7. Your rights
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — see our CCPA Rights page. Other users may contact us to access, correct, or delete personal data where applicable law allows.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
