California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Scope

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

Categories collected (last 12 months)

  • Identifiers (name, email, phone, account ID, wallet addresses)
  • Customer records (address, service history, membership status)
  • Commercial information (payments, invoices, bookings)
  • Internet activity (usage logs, device data)
  • Inferences (energy/home profile characteristics you provide)

Your rights

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Right to access a portable copy — use Account → Privacy → Export Data.
  • Right to delete — use Account → Privacy → Delete Account (subject to legal retention exceptions).
  • Right to correct inaccurate information — update your profile or contact us.
  • Right to opt out of sale/share — we do not sell personal information. Toggle marketing preferences in Account → Privacy.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

How to submit a request

  1. Sign in and use the self-service tools under Account → Privacy.
  2. Or email office@ewhomeservices.com with subject line "CCPA Request" and the right you wish to exercise.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests. Authorized agents may submit requests with written permission and proof of authorization.

Response timing

We aim to respond within 45 days. Complex requests may receive a 45-day extension with notice.

On-chain data

Information immutably recorded on public blockchains (wallet addresses, NFT metadata, transaction hashes) cannot be deleted by Energy Whisperer once confirmed on-chain. We will delete off-chain copies in our databases when deletion is requested and permitted.
