Pickup, returns and warranty

Pickup and installation

  • Orders are pickup only. We'll let you know when your order is ready and where to pick it up.
  • Want it installed? Choose Installed at checkout. Our licensed techs bring the unit to your home in the Tampa Bay area and install it. We'll call to schedule.
  • If your home needs extra work to install the unit safely, we'll explain it and the cost before doing anything.
  • If an item is backordered, you can still order. We'll contact you with an expected date when it arrives.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted for units in like-new, working condition, with a $250 restocking fee.
  • To start a return or cancel an order, call us at (813) 425-1010.

Warranty

  • 1-year parts warranty and 1-year unit replacement.
  • Your unit must be registered to be covered. We'll help you register it.
