Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Energy Whisperer Home Services LLC (the "Sponsor") operates the Halloween $1,000 Bitcoin Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The owners, employees, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and members of the same household) of the Sponsor are not eligible. Persons who are not eligible may still visit the Website but will not be entered.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

Online (free). Visit ewhomeservices.com during the Entry Period and complete the free sign-up form with all required information. Signing up on the website (the "Website") automatically enters you in the Sweepstakes. No purchase or payment of any kind is required.

Alternate method of entry (mail-in, free). To enter without using the Website, hand-print your full name, street address (including city, state, and ZIP code), telephone number, and email address (if any) on a 3-inch by 5-inch card, and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be received by October 30, 2026. Mechanically reproduced entries are not accepted. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as online entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected mail.

Limit. One (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period, regardless of entry method. Entering by both methods will not increase your chances of winning. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded (the "Prize"): Bitcoin (BTC) with a value of $1,000 USD. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize is $1,000.

• The amount of Bitcoin awarded will be calculated using the Bitcoin spot price published by Coinbase (or, if unavailable, a comparable major U.S. exchange) at the time the Sponsor initiates the transfer.
• The value of Bitcoin fluctuates. The Sponsor makes no representation about the future value of the Prize, which may be worth more or less after it is awarded.
• The Sponsor will pay the network and transfer fees for sending the Prize.
• The Prize will be sent to the Bitcoin wallet address provided by the winner. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; the winner is responsible for providing a correct and compatible wallet address.
• No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize cannot be delivered for reasons beyond its control.

6. Drawing and Odds

On October 31, 2026, the Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Each eligible entry will be assigned a sequential entry number. The winning number will be generated by a verifiable random function operating on the Solana blockchain, provided by [RANDOMNESS PROVIDER] (the "Randomness Source"). The record of the result will be recorded on the blockchain and made available to any person who requests it. No personal information about any entrant will be recorded on the blockchain; only entry numbers are used.

If the Randomness Source is unavailable or fails, the Sponsor will select the winner using another documented random method, such as a certified random number generator. Winners are never predetermined.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by email and/or telephone, using the contact information provided at entry, within seven (7) days after the drawing. The potential winner must, within thirty (30) days after notification (the "Claim Period"):

• respond to the Sponsor's notice;
• confirm eligibility and complete any eligibility verification the Sponsor reasonably requires;
• provide a valid Bitcoin wallet address; and
• provide any tax information required by law in order to receive the Prize.

The Sponsor will send the Prize within thirty (30) days after receiving everything required above. If the potential winner does not respond or comply within the Claim Period, or is found ineligible, the Prize is forfeited and the Sponsor will select an alternate winner by the same random method from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize. The Sponsor may be required by law to report the value of the Prize to the Internal Revenue Service and may require the winner to provide tax information before the Prize is delivered.

9. Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify an entry only for one of the following reasons: (a) the entrant is not eligible under Section 2; (b) the entrant has submitted more than one entry; (c) the entry contains false, incomplete, or unverifiable information; (d) the entry was submitted by a bot, script, or other automated means, or by any means other than those described in Section 4; or (e) the entrant has tampered with or attempted to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network, or blockchain failures or delays of any kind, or for entries that are lost, late, or not received for any reason. If fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupts or impairs the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify or suspend it; in that event the Prize will still be awarded to a winner selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Coinbase, Solana, or any other exchange, wallet provider, or blockchain network.

11. Privacy

The Sponsor collects the information you submit in order to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and comply with applicable law. The Sponsor may ask the winner for permission to use the winner's name and city for publicity, but the winner is not required to agree in order to receive the Prize.

12. Winner Name Request

To obtain the name of the winner, free of charge, send a written request to the Sponsor at the address in Section 1, Attn: Halloween Sweepstakes Winner, or email Joe@energywhisperer.cool with the subject line "Halloween Sweepstakes Winner." Requests may be made after the winner has been determined.

13. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Void where prohibited by law.
