Wesley Chapel · Wesley Chapel South
No-cool calls, weak airflow, water under the handler. We diagnose it and tell you the price before we fix it.

Pasco heat is brutal when the system quits. Maybe the house is warm but the thermostat says cool. Maybe you hear the unit running and nothing comes out of the vents. Maybe there is water pooling by the air handler. We have seen all of it in Wesley Chapel since 2017. Our job is to find the cause, explain it in plain language, and quote the repair before we start turning wrenches.
Could be refrigerant, a bad capacitor, or a compressor struggling in the heat.
Often airflow, dirty coils, or a unit that is undersized for the load.
Usually a clogged drain line. Very common in Florida humidity.
Airflow restriction or low refrigerant. Turn it off before more damage happens.
Electrical fault, locked compressor, or failing outdoor fan motor.
Drain pan standing water, dirty coil, or duct moisture issues.
When it started, what you hear, whether there is water. That helps us show up with the right parts when we can.
Electrical, refrigerant, airflow, drainage. We test before we guess.
Repair cost, timeline, and whether the system is worth fixing vs replacing. Your call.
Most common repairs finish same visit. Parts orders happen sometimes. No bait-and-switch.

Algae loves a warm wet PVC pipe. When the condensate line clogs, water backs up at the coil, fills the pan, and can trip a float switch so the whole system shuts off.
We clear drains the same way we teach in our field video: outdoor wet vac first, then pan and coil work inside if needed. Many Wesley Chapel calls end here without a major repair bill.
If your outdoor fan hums but does not spin, it might be a capacitor. We have a walkthrough video so you can see what the part looks like and when DIY makes sense vs calling us.
Watch capacitor videoIf you see water in the secondary overflow pan under the air handler, the primary drain already failed. Shut the system off and call. That pan is your last line before ceiling damage.
